Abstract
The local people assumed that both types of mangrove wood calssified as strong and durable as well as if the boat will be made resistant to attack from marine borers animals The presumption society and its impact with these assumptions, the society always cut them down constantly (excessive exploitation) without replanting (reforestation) The impact of both types of mangroves has now droepped population can even be categorized as endangered
